ABOUT KEN: As the former Sunterra Resorts Resort General Property Manager, Ken's experience with overseeing new construction of many 4-6 multi-unit condos and complete remodels of others, give him the expertise to know what each property needs to get it sold.  Ken's 13 years of experience overseeing the operations & property maintenance of two Gold Crown Resorts in Sedona has given him lots of experience with managing and maintaining properties in great condition to meet Home Owner Association and affiliates standards to gain the coveted Five Star, Gold Crown and Three Diamond status, which are the highest standards in the timeshare & AAA resort industry.
